Revecore is in the process of growing and formalizing a Program Management Office and is looking for project manager candidates with varying levels of experience. Although we expect most projects with an assigned project manager will have a significant technology component, we are looking to add people to the team that can also manage non-technology components.

Project Managers will work closely with business stakeholders to project manage key projects at Revecore that will typically have a significant technology component. The role requires advanced project management and communication skills, leadership ability and a willingness to learn domain knowledge at Revecore in order to effectively manage projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Management

a. Scope Definition and Change Management

i. Define and document scope of project

ii. Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements

iii. Manage and document design decisions

b. Project Planning and Resource Management

i. Lead the initiation and planning of a project and its tasks

ii. Develop detailed project plans, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as needed

iii. Manage budgets, identify and allocate resources, and ensure optimal utilization of team skills

iv. Assess and recommend project management tools as needed and assist with their implementation

c. Risk and Issues Management

i. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, both technical and non-technical.

ii. Anticipate project risks, project issues, resource bottlenecks, impacts of delays

1. Think five, ten, even twenty steps ahead

iii. Manage project issues and escalate as needed

d. Problem Solving

i. Identify project issues and assist project team members with their resolution

e. Manage Project Quality Standards

i. Establish project quality standards and assess the deliverables of the project

ii. Establish checklists where necessary to enhance quality and repeatability

f. Benefits Management

i. For some projects, work with stakeholders to establish business benefits and associated metrics and then track those metrics as the project progresses

g. Communication: Stakeholder, Executive, Project team

i. Communicate effectively at all levels of the Revecore organization using all mediums necessary: status reports, email, powerpoint summaries, verbal

2. Leadership

a. Serve as the “connective tissue” across Revecore’s teams

b. Lead and motivate project team members from across Revecore, assigning tasks, and providing guidance

c. Communicate openly and respectfully regarding any issue, risk or behavior that could negatively impact a project

d. Develop and maintain project management and communication standards as needed for the PMO

3. Domain Knowledge

a. Learn about Revecore including its core businesses, key business processes and technology components to more effectively lead projects

4. Project Work

a. Revecore is looking for candidates that are willing to do certain work necessary to keep a project on track. As examples, that work may include refining processes, drafting external communications, checking on Help Desk tickets and summarizing.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and writing skills

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow-through on assignments with minimal direction

Education and Experience Requirements

· Project Manager

o 2-5 years of project management background required

· Senior Project Manager

o 5 + years of project management background required

· IT experience or IT project management experience required

· Healthcare or healthcare IT experience preferred

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· College diploma (4 year) a plus

Close proximity to an office is a plus especially when onboarding or highly collaborative meetings are necessary
