Job-Beschreibung

We are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role will see you coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions. If you are highly organised, skilled in managing complex tenders, and ready to make an impact in a collaborative consulting environment, we’d like to hear from you.

  • Manage end-to-end bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • Coordinate technical experts (architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors) to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
  • Oversee technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, etc.).
  • Ensure proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes (ADB, World Bank) and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
