We at SCOUTASTIC are looking for a dedicated Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) to help us establish our AI-based scouting platform with more clubs. Are you a sports enthusiast and enjoy shaping sales as well as building and expanding long-term customer relationships? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts in the area of football clubs, associations and sports organisations
- Preparation of offers and contract negotiations with customers
- Carrying out product demos and workshops to communicate the benefits of our software clearly and comprehensibly
- Supporting customers throughout the entire contract period to maximise the benefits of the software
- Working closely with our software developers to pass on feedback from the market and continuously develop the platform further
- Visiting customers and attending events to represent our company and expand our network
- You already have some experience in sales, ideally in the field of software, IT or sports technology
- You are passionate about sport and can identify with the needs and challenges of our target group
- You are able to explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly explain the benefits for the customer
- You are not afraid to approach people and feel just as comfortable in acquisition as in the long-term support of existing customers
- Willingness to travel internationally, time flexibility and a class B driving licence are required, as you will regularly visit customers and attend events on site
- Foreign language skills: English is required, other languages are a plus
