Sales Development Manager, Institutional Sweden

What You Will Do:

  • Investigate and achieve new business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to retain business and maximize growth potential
  • Ensure profitable growth through strict pricing guidelines.
  • Conduct technical studies to ensure a targeted Ecolab program.
  • Prepare and present presentations to convey Ecolab’s value proposition and win new customers.
  • Collaborate with the field team and serve as Ecolab’s sole voice during prospecting, proposals and presentations
  • Establish basic customer rollout plans to ensure that the customer and field team clearly understand the expectation
  • Manage the relationship transition to the regional sales team or company accounts
  • Build and maintain industry contacts through networking, trade shows, events, and equipment suppliers
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and Regional/State Managers to achieve the desired sales outcome.

Location Information: 

  • This remote position covers all of Sweden, ideally with the candidate located in central Sweden. Occasional international travel is required for company events and meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • More than 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of our customer segments or cleaning solutions industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good English skills (written and verbal) since our corporate language is English
  • Demonstrate a results-driven approach and possess a proven record of achievement in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
