Why does this role exist?
This role is critical to building and scaling a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team focused on converting outbound real estate leads into booked appointments. The company is seeking a skilled trainer and coach to design repeatable outbound sales processes, empower SDRs with effective scripts and objection handling techniques, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven coaching. Hiring this position supports the company’s mission to accelerate deal flow and maintain exceptional team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Impact you’ll make
Outbound Sales Process Development
- Build and refine repeatable outbound calling processes including scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks.
- Develop an objection library and call frameworks to improve call quality and conversions.
Team Coaching & Enablement
- Conduct live call coaching, side-by-side call sessions, and daily team huddles to upskill SDRs.
- Deliver actionable feedback through QA scorecards and establish feedback loops.
Performance Analysis & CRM Management
- Analyze call metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improving conversion rates from connects to appointments.
- Ensure CRM hygiene by setting up standards and monitoring data quality.
Training Program & Playbook Creation
- Create a simple but effective playbook covering day-1 onboarding, 2-week ramp-up, and ongoing weekly cadence for continuous development.
- Support onboarding new SDRs and scaling the team efficiently.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with customer success managers and leadership to align training with client goals and expectations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 2–3+ years of experience training and coaching SDRs or team leads in real estate sales (wholesale/acquisitions experience preferred)
- Fluency with real estate terminology including ARV, comps, liens, MLS, skip tracing, repairs, and urgency framing
- Proven success in high-volume outbound sales environments
- Proficiency with dialers (CallRail or similar), CRM platforms (HubSpot), spreadsheets (Google Sheets), and real estate tools (PropStream, DealMachine)
- Experience building objection libraries and outbound sales frameworks
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
