  • Partner with the Product teams to understand upcoming features—especially AI-driven capabilities—along with the broader product roadmap and strategic vision.
  • Act as the enablement lead for AI-related product initiatives, ensuring new technologies are clearly communicated and adopted by internal teams and end users.
  • Translate complex AI features and technical concepts into accessible, engaging enablement materials tailored to different audiences and use cases.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., content generation, video automation, knowledge bases) to create scalable and personalized enablement assets, including how-to guides, release notes, onboarding materials, videos, and FAQs.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that support AI feature adoption across customer segments, focusing on ease of use, value realization, and user confidence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Fund Administration teams to ensure consistent messaging around AI capabilities and broader product knowledge.
  • Continuously gather feedback and use AI-driven analytics to iterate on content and improve clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a dynamic content repository, using AI-enhanced tools for content organization, discovery, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, or similar).
  • Familiarity with developing training content and managing learning platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fund Administration experience a plus
  • Experience with AI tools a plus
