About the Role

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for the end-to-end analysis process on Veeam internal projects. In this role, you will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from the Marketing and Corporate Technology departments to redesign, automate, and optimize business processes. This includes involvement across various platforms, web services, and integrations. You will also partner with project managers, developers, testers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle to help ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement 
• Perform requirements analysis (UML notation, BPMN) 
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings 
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts 
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and management 
• Translate business needs into understandable functional requirements
• Participate in data flow design for cross-platform projects 

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to create UML, BPMN, and flow diagrams, as well as use cases
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, and participation in Agile projects
• Ability to lead, drive, and communicate with both business users and technical teams 
• Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams

Bonus Skills

• Experience working on marketing projects is a plus
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Practitioner of human-centered design principles
