  • Develop timelines, recruit cross-functional teams, and drive effective planning meetings.
  • Design audience engagement strategies for pre-, during-, and post-event phases, including multi-channel promotion and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with a strategic agency to develop modern concepts that enhance our brand and improve attendee experience.
  • Secure and prepare presenters, booth staff, and moderators for both physical and virtual events.
  • Oversee live and pre-recorded session production, event moderation, and quality control.
  • Prepare risk mitigation and troubleshooting strategies for events.
  • Enable sales teams with event-related resources and insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics; drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with Brand & Creative to develop scalable “Event-in-a-Box” toolkits and advise on localization and best practices.
  • Research and recommend high-value third-party participation (e.g., sponsorships, co-hosted events).
  • Source and manage vendor and agency relationships for seamless event execution.
  • Develop engaging onsite experiences that align with attendee preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts for exhibits, sponsorships, and venues; manage budgets with financial discipline.
