We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer—particularly skilled in and passionate about front-end development—to join us at Thinkific. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across our application stack to help us meet business goals while investigating, assessing, and fixing product issues along the way. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring others and supporting the growth of your teammates. In this role, you will work closely with our Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams to help translate business requirements and specifications into delivered platform features that create real value for our users. Your goal will be to lead medium-to-large feature projects from conception to completion in our agile environment. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:

This role has a salary range of $120,000-$150,000-$180,000 in Canada, designed to capture the full journey from developing skills to excelling in the position. Most new hires start between the minimum and midpoint, which aligns with being fully capable in the role. Salaries above the midpoint are typically reserved for team members who have demonstrated strong, consistent performance, deep expertise, and a significant positive impact within the role. For high-demand or hard-to-fill positions like this one, we may hire above midpoint for candidates who bring exceptional experience, skills, or impact potential.
