We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Manager, FP&A – International to lead financial performance for our Rest of World (ROW) hardware business. You’ll own the full P&L for hardware sales, operations, and marketing across all regions outside the Americas, partnering closely with ROW business leaders to deliver actionable insights, guide planning and forecasting, and uncover opportunities to improve profitability and accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, analytical finance leader with proven global P&L management experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the complete P&L for the Rest of World (ROW) hardware business, including revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and overall profitability across various international regions
- Lead the development of detailed annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans specifically for the ROW hardware business, ensuring alignment with global company goals.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance against budget and forecast, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to international leadership and the VP of FP&A.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions, including market expansion, new product introductions, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimizations in international markets.
- Develop and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and dashboards specific to the ROW hardware business.
- Utilize Adaptive Planning extensively for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across international entities, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
- Leverage data from Snowflake to perform complex analyses and build dynamic dashboards in Tableau, providing deep insights into international market trends and performance drivers.
- Collaborate closely with global finance teams, including corporate FP&A, accounting, and regional finance counterparts, to ensure consistency and alignment.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA is a strong plus.
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven track record of strong analytical contributions, specifically with P&L ownership experience in a global or international business context.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses like Snowflake, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, especially at the executive level.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
