JOB SUMMARY: Claritev is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Program Management to lead and optimize program execution across our Innovation & Solution Lifecycle product organization and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business value through innovation. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate the execution of strategic programs across Claritev’s Innovation and Solution Lifecycle Organization’s teams of product owners and managers.
- Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives.
- Assist with project planning to define and manage project scope, cost, and schedule.
- Hire, develop and lead a small team of Program Managers.
- Measure and report on the ROI of each portfolio within the Innovation & Solution Lifecycle organization.
- Facilitate collaboration with development stakeholders to manage backlog and prioritize initiatives.
- Support operational development goal setting and reporting processes.
- Ensure alignment between functional and corporate goals and facilitate cross-functional goal reporting and tracking.
- Facilitate established meeting cadences, including coordination with Marketing, the Office of the CEO, organize internal knowledge transfers, and annual Innovation Summits.
- Promote transparency and knowledge sharing across departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in program management, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and program outcomes.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

- This role will require travel of 1-2 times quarterly.

JOB SCOPE: This position will receive minimal day-to-day direction and uses independent judgement to help identify solutions, issues, trends and problems and implement action plans on large, undefined projects. The work is varied and complex, which will require this role to demonstrate flexibility. The position will work with internal customers including Vice Presidents to completing objectives. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum high school diploma along with a minimum of (10) years’ experience as a business analyst, operations subject matter expert or manager.
* Experience in a Program Management Office, Operations Management and/or as a Project Manager is preferred.
* Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and understanding major workflows associated with Provider Data Management, healthcare claim processing, etc. is desirable.
* Ability to lead, develop, mentor and coach teams
* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation of reordering priorities for self and staff as business needs dictate.
* An individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.
* Previous experience working from a home-based office.
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $150-170K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
