1576050 Senior Product Relationship Manager (Specialty Pharmacy)
Position Purpose:
The Senior Product Relationship Manager will own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production and overall lifecycle. Continually evaluate the health of the product and create business cases for enhancements or changes, based on market knowledge.
- Works closely with Operations, Finance, Physician Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Proposal, IT and Data Analyst Teams to develop products that anticipate the market needs and drive the specialty pharmacy business forward.
- Develops and manages products throughout the product life cycle from inception to implementation to sunset.
- Drives ongoing definition, integration, and enhancement of products and assesses the performance of existing products to ensure market expectations are met.
- Creates product roadmaps, leads workstreams, and negotiates and engages third-party relationships, where necessary.
- Works closely with internal and with external partners to brainstorm and drive innovative solutions that can meet current and anticipate future needs.
- Monitors and stays up to date on key market trends and evolving regulations and identify new product opportunities
- Evaluates and update product features, benefits and value adds from concept and design to development and deployment
- Develops and maintains product resources and up to date policies and procedures to assist in selling, marketing and implementations
- Works with stakeholder partners in market adoption of new concepts and changes
- Monitors and analyzes product performance and make recommendations on modifications/enhancements
- Communicates and presents recommendations regarding new ideas and products
- Creates and communicates business cases for new products and/or enhancements to current products
- Interfaces with clients on product design and promote product benefits, capabilities, and value propositions through relationship with key customers
- Gathers and analyzes feedback from various departments and recommends potential changes throughout the life cycle of the products
- Participates in the design and development of the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product ownership, product management, project management or business analysis experience. Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends. Knowledge of and experience with specialty pharmacy as well as business requirement development is strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 – $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
