Senior Sales Representative – DACH, EE regions

Parallels is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative. As a Senior Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage direct relationships with end customers, supporting them in adopting our solutions and significantly contributing to revenue growth. You will be the key point of contact to understand their needs, propose effective solutions, and guide them toward achieving their goals with our products. In this role, collaboration and engagement with channel partners will also be fundamental.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage new end customers through prospecting activities, events, marketing campaigns and collaborating with channel partners.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs, analyze their processes, and propose tailored solutions based on our product portfolio.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from presenting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the achievement of sales targets, regularly update the CRM, and deliver accurate reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales team (System Engineers), channel partners and channel account manager, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What YOU bring to the team:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales in the IT/Software sector with a two-tier model.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and customer relationship management.
  • Availability for frequent travel to meet customers in the DACH and EE regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Language & Location:

For this specific position, fluency in English and German is required. Additional language like Russian is considered a strong advantage.
