• Diagnose and resolve complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues across Enterprise Environments.
• Design, configure, and deploy scalable and secure network infrastructure solutions.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for incidents unresolved by Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing technologies.
• Implement and enforce network security best practices aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) to protect manufacturing systems.

Required Skills and Technologies

• 5+ years network engineering in medium to large enterprise
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Extensive experience with Cisco wired and wireless networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
