Our Senior Program Managers lead product programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market. We align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed our customers’ expectations. As a Program Manager Senior Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Managing cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple product-centric programs at the organizational level
• Reporting on program status, areas of risk or opportunity, process dependencies, and success metrics to internal senior stakeholders
• Working with Product Line leadership to evaluate and identify business problems, understand priorities, and propose solutions that meet customer needs
• Developing successful partnerships with engineering professionals and program stakeholders across the organization
• Adopting, implementing, and sharing best-practice guidelines to influence continuous improvements to processes

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate extensive
  experience with program and project management principles and practices, in a
  cross-functional and technical team
• Possess experience in identifying
  and managing project dependencies and risks while maintaining accurate project
  plans with real-time milestones
• Be able to adapt quickly to
  handle dynamic situations and changing priorities while demonstrating sound judgement and business acumen
• Have good interpersonal and
  organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and to influence and motivate others
• Be experienced with Risk and Issue Management and resolution
