  Become part of our IT Solutions & Architecture team and support us as soon as possible at our headquarter in Neuenstein (East Hesse) or at our locations in Eschborn, Bad Hersfeld, Kassel or remotely.As a QA Engineer, you will be part of an agile team within Group IT and shape the future of our software development. With our products for international return and out of home services, as well as for label provisioning, we ensure that international parcel traffic runs smoothly.
 What can you expect with us?
You ensure the quality of your team’sIT solutions.
 
You imagine test scenarios and define test cases for our API products and web portals, and their integration into our system landscape. 
You automate the execution of such test cases with suitable tools and frameworks anddiscuss detected errors with the colleagues in your team.
 
You use your instinct for identifying complex setups that require explorative, manual testing. 
You take care of test case reporting and monitoring.  
You are keen on taking on software development tasks as per your capabilities. 
You work hand in hand with colleagues from your team, our international business department, other QA Engineers in Group IT and external IT service providers.  
You improve our quality assurance methods and processes. What do you bring to the table?
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, and professional experience in quality assurance, especially in software testing.  
You know your test methods and concepts, ideally certified by ISTQB.  
You are proficient in using tools for REST API, web UI and performance testing (Postman, Gatling, JMeter, etc.) and/or frameworks (Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.) and databases (SQL). 
Your programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript etc.) enable you to automate manual tests. 
Your cloud (AWS) and CI/CD (Jenkins) experience makes it easier for you to get started.  
You have a solid knowledge of agile development methods and already worked in an agile environment.  
You master challenges with your commitment, quality awareness and a structured way of working.
