Tasks
- Define and implement test strategies tailored to each projects context and business needs
- Design and write structured, clear, and effective test plans
- Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Apply various testing methodologies, both manual and automated
- Identify and address quality risks early in the development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and provide constructive feedback
- Navigate shifting priorities with a positive and adaptable mindset
- Communicate complex quality and testing challenges in a clear, accessible way
- Contribute to testing standards and practices across the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software test engineering (for Mid position)
- 5+ years of professional experience in software test engineering (for Senior position)
- Solid knowledge of test strategies, QA methodologies, and SDLC best practices
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress.io, TestCafe, Selenium, or native mobile frameworks (iOS/Android)
- Professional programming experience and understanding of software architecture
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Ability to clearly communicate test approaches and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Experience mentoring peers and advocating for high-quality, maintainable code
- Proficient English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Must be located in Brasil for remote work eligibility.
