JOB SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the Director of Business Channel or designee, the Senior Product Developer will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our rapidly growing organization. The foundation of this role necessitates strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the organization. You will leverage strong healthcare data analytics and technical expertise to develop new and transformative Claritev products in the HealthTech space. This entails collaborating on product strategy, setting product requirements, and technical product development while consistently meeting deliverable deadlines. You will also contribute towards maintain strong client relationships assigned by the Director of Business Channel or designee. This requires a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and the ability to transform those needs into interpretable reports with clear and meaningful exhibits. This role will be dealing with PHI sensitive data must abide by the HIPAA and Security protocols set by Claritev.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand our clients’ needs
2. Provide the back-bone of new research into client needs, such as analytical frameworks, models, and exhibits.
3. Report research, metrics, and results in clear, understandable ways, such as standalone reports or continuous dashboards, for internal and external stakeholders
4. Create new, early-stage prototypes and pilots for a variety of client needs
5. Assist with product strategy and product roadmaps (internal and external).
6. Work with Product teams to determine clear, comprehensive user requirements (design inputs) and product specifications and support design activities by developing prototypes.
7. Work with Product teams to conduct market and competitor research for current and future products to develop user stories, technical specifications, and product descriptions.
8. Track and document progress and goals across all work.
9. Conceive and analyze multiple alternatives to improve outcomes.
10. Must pass initial and periodic background checks, and comply with all applicable HIPAA and Security regulations, including maintaining HIPAA Awareness and Security Certification.
11. Must be available and able to work during standard business hours.
12. Position may require rare to occasional travel depending primarily on client needs.
13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
15. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.
16. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data — this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

* Must have 7+ years’ experience building and delivering technical data driven solutions and driving adoption and growth. Expertise as a Analytics, Software, Web Product Developer, Data Science, working with health insurance products and data is required.

* Must have exceptional product development skills in Python and SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban. Experience building cloud-based solutions.

* Exceptional product development skills, including strong business judgment, problem solving, communication, and demonstrated leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.* Experience supporting visualization environments including Tableau AND experience working with AWS and Jira preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
* Must be a proactive self-starter with take ownership/roll up the sleeves attitude regarding getting the work done. This cannot be emphasized enough.
* Must have proven ability to execute strategically and tactically.
* Must be analytical, detail oriented, and creative, bringing up innovative ideas for solutions while making decisions based on data analysis and facts.
* Must be able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
* Must demonstrate a keen interest in keeping abreast of technological advances and proven success at incorporating new technology into existing systems.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* BS degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MS or MBA strongly preferred).

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $120K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
