About the Role:

We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers for the clinical care team. This team works on a diverse range of projects—from customer-facing web and mobile applications to backend platforms supporting our integrated Care Platform, pharmacy operations, and customer support tools. You will be directly working on the next generation of tools to drive a more modern patient centric model of healthcare.

As a senior engineer, you’ll help design, build, and scale intuitive, performant, and reliable systems. You’ll take ownership of technical execution within your squad, coach teammates, and drive engineering excellence across the development lifecycle. You’ll also occasionally collaborate across squads with our ecommerce, growth, and pharmacy partners to ensure alignment and broader business impact.

You Will:

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable solutions for web, mobile, or backend systems

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless user and internal team experiences

  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions within your squad.

  • Establish and uphold strong testing practices and maintain test coverage for key workflows

  • Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and observability

  • Coach engineers on best practices and support continuous improvement within your squad

You Have:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing technical ownership

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Kotlin, Java)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog)

  • Strong grasp of system design principles, testing strategies, and operational best practices

  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering quality

  • A thoughtful approach to prioritizing technical debt and operational risks alongside feature work, ensuring long-term maintainability without sacrificing delivery momentum

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Take ownership across the development lifecycle—from design to production

  • Advocate for quality, performance, and maintainability

  • Embrace ambiguity and lead your team toward clarity

  • Collaborate across disciplines with humility and empathy to refine solutions based on real customer insights, not just technical constraints

  • Coach others to grow

  • Champion process improvements and build for scale

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you’re not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
