The Stereoscopic Production Lead will be a key leader in the Entertainment team accountable for the ongoing production and execution of our slate of 3D projects, for ensuring our deliverables integrate and distribute seamlessly into our platform surfaces, and for elevating the way we operate with more consistency and higher quality. They will collaborate with producers and other creative stakeholders, supervise outside vendors and production companies, and ensure high quality deliverables across our slate, sometimes fully driving projects end to end or leading major cross-functional initiatives. They will communicate effectively across business disciplines including business development, programming, production/live ops, marketing, and product – as well as with external vendors and production companies – to successfully launch a robust 3D slate. Candidates should have experience wearing multiple hats, but will be chiefly relied upon to drive high stereoscopic standards across our slate of film/TV, music, and sports related content.Stereoscopic Slate and Production Lead Responsibilities
- Partner with creative producers, external production companies, and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality slate of 3D productions across film, TV, music and sports genres
- Drive the 3D technical standards of projects landing in our slate from concept to delivery
- Set and communicate principles and best practices in stereoscopic production, with the end user experience always front of mind
- Collaborate with external production companies and internal teams to develop, oversee, and execute compelling immersive content experiences across Meta Quest platforms and surfaces
- Prioritize problem-solving, unblock partners and producers as needed
- Act as liaison between partners and internal teams, including development, programming, operations, and marketing
- Communicate creative and technical needs, risks, gaps and opportunities clearly as they relate to both content experience components and new platform feature requests
- Develop timelines and milestones of projects, estimate and review production budgets, and work with business development and legal on production contracts
- Identify opportunities to improve production and operational standards by developing and sharing best practices across the organization, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience as a content producer in film/TV
- 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role delivering stereoscopic 3D content
- 5 or more years of experience in a technical production role in stereoscopic 3D content
- Proven presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills: demonstrated experience in explaining complex technical concepts (including about best practices in stereoscopic production) clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences
- Experience navigating ambiguity and thriving in time-sensitive, deadline-focused work environments
- Proven track record of successful content launches and complex production management
- Demonstrated analytical and imaginative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

- Background in music/sports business, with robust industry relationships
- Demonstrated understanding of content industry, current market, and social trends
