Step into a role as Steve & Kate’s Senior Camp Team Leader where in this role, you will lead and manage the Field Leadership Team for S&K Camps field operations. This role ensures operational excellence, leadership development, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The position is responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of field staff, while also supporting program quality, customer experience, and organizational growth. Camps The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Field Leadership Team for S&K Camps field operations and manage the Field Leadership Team for S&K Camps including direct oversight of Team Leads (8+) and indirect oversight of Camp Directors (80+) nationwide. Field Trip Camps The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Field Trip Leadership Team for S&K Camps, including direct oversight of Team Leads (3+) and indirect oversight of Field Camp Directors (30+ and growing) nationwide. This role is also responsible for strategy and continuing to build out the Steve and Kate’s Camp Field Trip program. This role ensures operational excellence, leadership development, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The position is responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of field trip staff, while also supporting program quality, customer experience, and organizational growth in a growing line of business. This position is remote. Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000- $125,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
