About the Opportunity: Ericsson is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Careers (Intern & Co-op), based in Ottawa, to support intern and co-op hiring across Canada and the United States. This role is central to delivering high-quality early talent hiring outcomes through close collaboration with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for intern and co-op positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with Canadian and US hiring requirements. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
