We are an exciting and fast moving Cybersecurity Vendor with offices around the World. This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled HR People function and shape your own role in one of our most successful and demanding regions. 

As the TS partner, you will work with the Recruiter in Japan to Source the best Talent for our Japan office. As a team you will work closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders to provide an exceptional Recruitment function. 

What your role will be

  • Partner closely with Recruitment to align the Sourcing strategy for roles.
  • Develop expert Data and Talent Pools for relevant potential hires.
  • Ensure you deliver value and excellence to the Global Business.
  • This is a hybrid role allowing you to work from the Office in Tokyo or Remote as required. 

What we are looking for

  • At least 2+ Years of Recruitment experience within the Japan market. Cybersecurity experience will be highly preferred but not essential. 
  • Fluent Native Japanese language and Fluent English are essential
  • We are looking for demonstrable knowledge of the Talent Attraction strategies and Senior Stakeholder management. This is a great opportunity for an Agency recruiter that wants their first role in a Vendor. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for Recruitment and exceptional Emotional Intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
