ORDR is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just support customers, you’ll become an expert in segmentation and a proficient user of our platform, helping customers quickly realize the value that ORDR provides. You’ll work directly with customers across their lifecycle—leading deployments, conducting architecture reviews, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance for complex solutions & integrations. You are execution-oriented, technically curious, and able to translate customer requirements into scalable, secure architecture.
