We’re seeking a highly organized and professional Virtual Assistant to manage all company communications remotely. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the team’s design outputs and ensuring that all client emails are responded to promptly. To excel in this position, you’ll need a reliable internet connection and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
Relay clients’ briefs/requests to designers and clarify questions
- Keep track of customer engagement, making sure they’re all catered for on a daily basis
- Manage the company email inbox
- Work alongside the management team with varied admin tasks
Requirements
What You Must Have
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A high school qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and has a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and resourceful
- MUST have an updated computer/laptop that can handle long hours of design action + backup computer.
- Minimum requirements for Desktop/Laptop: Intel core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, 8GB RAM
- Reliable and consistent high-speed internet connection (at least 20mbps) with backup connections (ESSENTIAL as we upload files to the cloud consistently).
- Nice to have: Previous experience with Trello, Freshdesk (or other ticketing systems), and Notion
