 Location:Remote – USA

As Revecore’s VP, Client Engagement, you will: 

Understand the business and underlying KPIs of assigned active clients (territory), retain existing revenue/business, identify opportunities for expansion through cross-sell and up-sell, and negotiate and close new lines of business while maintaining client satisfaction and top industry rankings (KLAS) and high NPS. Continuously move the Revecore business forward by being the voice of the client with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, Product Development, Client Success, Legal, Implementations, and Operations. Responsible for annual revenue retention goals and carry an annual cross-sell/up-sell quota. Leverage existing revenue cycle expertise to gain the trust of their assigned clients to execute against the aforementioned goals. Establish quarterly business/executive reviews to ensure deep understanding of client expectations, concerns, and/or needs while continuously prioritizing to ensure optimized results for both the health of the client and the Revecore business.

The Role:

  • Establish relationships with assigned clients to become a trusted advisor on Revenue Cycle trends and opportunities for clients to maximize earned reimbursements
  • Ensure that all assigned client’s needs are understood, communicated, and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to retain existing business, cross-sell additional products/services, and increase scope of installed products/services
  • Advise clients of ongoing healthcare trends, vendor consolidation and updates, health system M&A activity, and other applicable revenue cycle news – Trusted Advisor and Thought Leadership
  • Collecting and analyzing data pertinent to industry behaviors to ensure the organization’s and the assigned clients’ current and future needs
  • Develop client specific upsell strategies unique to each by understanding the current actual and/or perceived roadblocks, competitor intelligence (differentiators, benefits, offerings, contract renewal time frames, etc.), client budget timelines, and pathway to service line adoption across all Revecore service lines
  • Develop a deep knowledge of current service lines utilized and work to remove any unnecessary active service line scope exceptions from the standard Revecore offering(s)

You’ll be successful if you have: 

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management sales or business development, with a focus on large hospital systems
  • Proven success expanding Revenue Cycle Management services within existing hospital or health system clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field of study
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving and growing business
  • Understanding of how to drive business success through partnership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients, internal leaders, partners, and attend events
